About the Opportunity

Sandella Sova is proud to partner with a privately held company in the transportation & logistics industry. The Finance department seeks a Director of Finance to join its team. This is a highly visible role; you will report to a VP and present financial reports to the CEO, CFO, and Head of Sales.

• Weekly presentations with senior executive leadership.
• Partner with sales to help develop and implement financial objectives.
• Assist with decision making regarding new investments.
• Analyze revenue and expenses for profit improvement opportunities.
• Support annual sales budgeting and forecasting.
• Direct responsibility for two direct reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience in a corporate or equity investment environment.
• Experience with M&A and deal modeling.
• Ability to develop and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
