Join a leading manufacturing powerhouse as our Indirect Tax Manager
, reporting directly to the Director of Tax. In this high-impact role, you’ll take ownership of key tax functions—including sales & use tax, property tax, and business incentives—while shaping compliance strategy and collaborating across departments to support business success.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead U.S. sales & use tax and Canadian GST compliance
    , ensuring timely and accurate filings
  • Manage audits and reverse audits
    , including settlement negotiations and risk mitigation
  • Support tax planning and research for operational and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee capital investment incentive programs
    , maximizing available credits and benefits
  • Deliver internal training on tax implications of purchasing and sales activities
  • Administer Thomson Reuters Indirect Tax Compliance Software
    , ensuring system accuracy and efficiency
  • Supervise a team of two and manage relationships with external CPA firms
  • Handle property tax processes
    , including accruals, payments, and global VAT coordination
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MST or CPA preferred)
  • 7+ years of indirect tax experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in audit management, tax research, and compliance strategy
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and delegation
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in SAP and Thomson Reuters tax software
