Base pay range: $86,640.00/yr - $/yr
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Optional alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance from an office.

How you will make an impact:
- Benefit Ownership:
Manage assigned pricing models and benefits, ensuring data accuracy, methodology consistency, and timely bid filing readiness. - Contract Interpretation:
Review vendor and benefit contracts, translating terms into accurate pricing assumptions and model inputs. - Data Validation & Issue Resolution:
Validate data sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues quickly to maintain model integrity. - Experience Analysis:
Conduct experience studies to support pricing decisions and assumption development. - Audit support:
Assist with CMS bid desk reviews and audits by preparing documentation and explanations of pricing methodologies. - Leadership &
Collaboration:
Lead special projects, develop process improvements, and provide guidance and training to junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and to have passed a minimum of four Society of Actuaries (SOA) actuarial exams and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Intermediate Excel experience preferred.
- Intermediate SQL query experience preferred.
- Strong organization and project management experience preferred.
