Financial Analyst, Portfolio & Asset Management
Experience your next internship with Sagard Real Estate in Denver, Colorado. Our summer internship program is an in-person, full-time program, that runs from June 11th to August 26th, 2027.

Scheduled Interviews
:
January 4th to January 28th, 2027
Students will be exposed to the following:
Asset Management: Underwrite leases, support lease negotiations, and run financial analysis and asset valuations.
Acquisitions: Underwrite potential acquisitions, run market-level research, and help prepare deal memos.
Portfolio Management: Build portfolio models and reporting, research markets and asset classes, support portfolio strategy.
Business Projects: Work alongside the development, finance, capital markets, and investor relations teams.
Background Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a college student
- Real Estate or Finance coursework
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Self-motivated, with a creative mindset
