We are seeking a Principal to lead and grow our Oil and Gas / Energy Finance Managed Services practice. This leader will be responsible for building the vertical strategy, expanding market presence, developing client relationships, and shaping finance focused managed services solutions for companies across the energy sector. This is a senior leadership role for a market facing executive who brings deep finance and industry experience, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable managed services solutions.

The Principal will help clients strengthen finance operations, improve visibility and control, modernize processes, and create more resilient operating models. The ideal candidate brings a combination of industry credibility, commercial leadership, and operating model experience. This person will help position Managed Services as a strategic operating partner to energy clients rather than a traditional outsourcing provider. The role is focused exclusively on the Finance function and includes leadership across finance transformation, controllership support, close and reporting, FP&A support, procure to pay, order to cash, cash flow visibility, compliance, and finance related application support.

• Define the growth strategy, market priorities, and solution focus for the practice
• Build a differentiated point of view around finance managed services for the energy sector
• Partner across the firm to align industry strategy, managed services capabilities, and client priorities
• Help establish the practice as a recognized leader in finance operations and transformation for energy clients
• Business development and revenue growth
• Originate and close new business within the Oil and Gas / Energy sector
• Build relationships with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, finance leaders, private equity sponsors, and portfolio company executives
