** About the Real Estate Capital Internship Program
** At this office location, interns will work in the following business segment:
Community Development Lending (CDLI).
* Community Development Lending - The CDLI team is focused on providing debt and equity capital for the development of affordable housing and other community commercial real estate reinvestment development projects that benefit low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

Because our Summer internship Program is a direct pipeline for our full-time Analyst positions, it offers exceptional potential for interns to return upon graduation to start a Real Estate career.

Work assignments may include the following:
* Researching economic conditions and market trends
* Developing strategic contact databases
* Neighborhood, industry, and prospective tenant research
* Field research and preparation of marketing materials
* Completing a Capstone Project leveraging learnings from the Internship
* Performing other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the Real Estate Capital team

** Qualifications
* ** Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, real estate or a related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2028
* Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA)
* Relevant experience preferred
* Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
** Compensation and Benefits
** This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $27 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
