The City and County of Denver offers competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. The hiring salary range for this position is $60,064/year - $80,000/year, based on experience . We also offer generous benefits for full-time employees, which include, but are not limited to:
* Experience supporting senior executives in government, politics, or the public sector
* Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex workflows
* Familiarity with Denver’s civic landscape, government structure, and key community stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication with sound judgment and discretion
* Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a solution-focused mindset; able to remain calm under pressure amid shifting timelines and priorities
* Professionalism, political awareness, and ability to build effective working relationships across departments
* Experience Requirement:
Three (3) years of experience administering business operations or operational programs and/or assisting professional/management staff with administrative or operational functions.
* Education and Experience Equivalency:
One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post high school education.
* Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience
