Senior Correspondence Analyst; Fully Remote

• Support DHS's Office of Procurement Operations on executive correspondence tasks.
• Work within a team to draft, refine, and manage high-profile communications to federal oversight entities.
• Report to the Senior Communications & Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit letters, emails, and memoranda for OPO executive leadership.
• Develop briefing materials and prepare formal responses to oversight inquiries.
• Maintain SOPs, tracking logs, and correspondence templates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and four years of executive-level correspondence experience.
• Exceptional editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.
