Start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home.

This full-time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Your schedule will be busy, especially during peak times.

As a Hair Barber and Stylist, you will start each day by setting up your workstation and checking appointments. You will greet clients warmly and discuss hairstyle preferences. Throughout the day, you will perform haircuts and grooming services, ensuring each client leaves happy and confident. You will manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service in a lively environment. You will work closely with teammates, sharing tips and learning from one another.

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
• Reliability and punctuality with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
