Position:
Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
Starting Pay: $49.23 - $65.16 per hour (NP/CNM with at least one year of prior experience in reproductive/sexual healthcare and/or at least one year of PPRM experience)
Bonus- Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 ($3,000 paid on first paycheck and $3,000 after 1 year of continuous service)
You may also earn an additional $2.25 per hour upon passing a conversational Spanish fluency test (30 min).
Schedule- Part-Time, approx. 34 hours per week;
Non-exempt, Benefits-eligible - Wednesday: 8am - 6pm
- Thursday: 9am - 7pm
- Friday: 8am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 3pm

Abortion CareThis role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support for those navigating abortion services.
UnionThis role is represented by SEIU, Local 105 and is governed by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
TrainingWe offer comprehensive paid training to equip you with the tools to thrive vel to Denver for 2-4 weeks may be required during the first 1 to 2 months to receive training.
Candidate Requirements- NP/CNM/APN with 1+ years of prior experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with patients and colleagues
- Completed NP or CNM educational program and nationally certified as NP or CNM
- Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife in Colorado or eligibility to apply
- Secure and review health history and document findings
- Perform physical examinations with emphasis on the reproductive system
- Provide cancer screening testing, diagnose sexually transmitted infections, and perform related procedures as indicated
- Order/perform diagnostic studies, provide treatment and follow-up
- Educate patients and collaborate with the health center team and community partners
- Provide birth control education and methods
- Must see male clients
- Support routine health center upkeep with staff
- Participate in abortion services (referrals, information, education, counseling, scheduling, or performing)
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and strive for positive outcomes
- COVID-19 Protocol: COVID vaccination is not required; vaccination or masking is required for Health Center/Patient or Community-Facing Employees starting Nov 1. Upload vaccination proof prior to start date.
