Talkiatry Therapist Position

Talkiatry is a national mental health practice transforming psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We provide telehealth psychotherapy using a modern technology platform and a human‑centered philosophy to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Provide high‑quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other behavioral health providers to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently while collaborating with a team of providers and support staff.
• Utilize our integrated EMR and patient messaging technology to track patient progress and gain insights into outcomes.

• Licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LPCC) with at least two independent active state licenses.
• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and related conditions.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence‑based practices.
• Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
• Technical proficiency with EMR tools; ability to learn new technology.
