Director of Clinical Talent – Action Behavior Centers

Position: Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern)

Salary: $24.00/hr – $30.00/hr (based on experience & supervision hour completion)

Location: Denver, CO

• Pay: $24–30 per hour, with potential wage increases every 6 months
• Guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA, with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing
• Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year

• Accumulate 85% of fieldwork hours (1,700/2,000) and complete all restricted hours
• Maintain proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program
• Provide early‑intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months–8 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and the team on core values and treatment strategies
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct‑care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
