About Us

Podiatry Associates is a fast-growing, fast-paced environment looking to hire a great Front Desk Medical Receptionist (Patient Coordinator) for our growing team! Founded in 1996, we have six locations across the Denver metro area and more than 25 years of experience in providing proactive foot and ankle treatment or early surgical intervention to help people get back to doing what they love.

We specialize in podiatry and physical therapy. Locations include Castle Pines, Aurora, Parker, Castle Rock, Denver, and Denver/Highlands. We are looking for an organized, self‑motivated, and high‑energy candidate that has a passion for working closely with people. Someone who is reliable and can work in high‑volume clinics solo or with team members. With opportunities for development within Podiatry Associates, we want you to be part of a thriving, forward‑thinking practice and be able to rotate among all our locations as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Checking‑in/Checking‑out patients.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Navigating patients through paperwork before their appointment.
  • Organizing patient flow to keep appointments on schedule.
  • Coordinating issues with doctors about appointments.
  • Collecting payments from patients.
  • Stocking supplies for the operation of the business.
  • Sorting and sending mail.
  • Answering and routing phone calls.
Basic Qualifications /

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of medical customer service experience. (Preferred)
  • At least one year of computer skills (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams). (Preferred)
  • At least one year experience of medical scheduling.
  • Highly organized to keep up with demands.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be flexible to rotate to all locations throughout the week.

Schedule
  • 8‑hour shift on site, no remote.
