CNA; Nursing Assistant – Immigration and Green Card Sponsorship

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. • Deliver compassionate patient care in alignment with established care plans.
• Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in patient medical records.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Observe and report any changes in patient health to the nursing staff promptly.
• Provide empathetic support to pediatric patients and their families.

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
• Ability to safely lift and assist patients with mobility.
• Familiarity with infectious disease protocols and care standards.
• Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques for infection prevention and control.
• Strong adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
