Health Care Recruiters International recruits a Clinical Director in an IOP setting for SUD and Mental Health Disorders. This IOP CD is an experienced Clinical Director who oversees the IOP's clinical services, specializing in SUD and co-occurring mental health conditions. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in addiction treatment, clinical supervision, and program compliance.

• Ensure that all treatment services align with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.).
• Oversee treatment planning, assessments, and discharge planning for clients.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Ensure a client-centered approach that prioritizes individualized care.
• Represent the program at community outreach events, conferences, and partnerships.

• Required licensure: MFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent state-specific licensure. CAC or LAC strongly preferred in addition to professional licensure.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, etc.
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role in an IOP or residential setting.
• Mandatory experience in program development, understanding growth rates, building revenue, and census.
• Addiction or Mental Health experience, 2 years required.
