RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour weekend shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Must be able to circulate independently in the OR

• Work in a 14-OR suite including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs

• 1:1 patient ratio

• Utilize standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems

• Experience with EMR Meditech required

• CNOR certification preferred

• RN who can scrub preferred

• Handle all surgical procedures except transplants

• Must be friendly and adaptable to change

• Work with a team including OR RNs, CSTs, PCTs, and Anesthesia Techs

• Located on 3rd floor of Building 501

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a 408-bed hospital featuring a comprehensive main operating room department with 14 operating rooms. The facility performs a wide range of surgical procedures with the exception of transplants, utilizing modern equipment including standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems. The OR department maintains a full complement of experienced staff including 60 FTEs and provides 24/7 surgical services with specialized call teams for neurosurgery, cardiovascular, and general surgery.

Adex Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
