What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products in long-term care settings
  • Create and implement strategies to penetrate the psychiatric and movement disorder marketplace
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prescribers and facility staff
  • Navigate complex healthcare environments to ensure timely therapy initiation and continuation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor account-specific solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
  • Strong sales and account management skills with exceptional communication abilities
  • Proven record of sales performance and goal achievement
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
  • Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Sales experience in long-term care or institutional settings
  • Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
  • Familiarity with Cover My Meds  and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use
