As a supervisor you are responsible for ensuring families, students and staff have an excellent experience at our facility. You will work to lead and build relationships with our staff and families. You will be an integral part of our leadership team, having an impact on staff and class management, growth and development, safety and exceptional customer service. You should be someone who has sound judgement and problem-solving skills while also being highly organized, dependable and open to feedback.

As a supervisor you will report to the Owner during shifts and provide support throughout the lobby as needed.

We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves families and being around people. We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a full-time position that requires afternoon/evening and weekend shifts.
