• Support and assist the Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group therapy occasionally and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Support Utilization Review to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in Colorado (LAC, LCSW, LPC).
• If you are in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year.
