Private Duty Home Care CNA at Brookdale

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to provide compassionate, non‑medical care to seniors in a private duty setting. You will work one‑on‑one with residents, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and transportation to appointments.

Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions are available. Same‑day interviews are possible.

• Provide one‑on‑one companionship and support to residents.
• Assist with non‑medical hands‑on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, and assistance with transfers.
• Perform household tasks such as housekeeping, laundry and organization.
• Help with суралор, including medication reminders and transportation to doctor appointments and errands.
• Maintain accurate resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Complete all prescribed state‑required CNA/STNA training and maintain certification.

• State‑tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio (or equivalent).
• Experience in senior care or home health environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if transportation duties are required).
