Manager of Medical Affairs (MA) Agreements & Compliance, serving as a strategic partner in contracting processes to support Medical Affairs initiatives across therapeutic areas.

• co-lead end-to-end contracting for diverse agreements (e.g., investigator-initiated studies, HCP engagements, vendor contracts);
• ensure timely, compliant contract execution;
• implement quality controls;
• collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement;
• resolve contracting issues;
• drive process improvements;
• build stakeholder relationships;
• foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

• strong understanding of contract management, regulatory frameworks, and compliance in pharma;
• experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Medical Affairs;
• proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba);
• excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
• 3+ years in pharma or healthcare contract management preferred;
• associate degree or equivalent experience.
