Successful candidates:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or in Human Services - MSW preferred2 years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
Rate: $31.25-$36.06/hour Ready to make a difference?
