Ambitions ABA Colorado provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We are actively seeking a fluent Spanish and English-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help us better serve our diverse community.

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Candidates with experience working with children (camps, daycare, tutoring, mentoring) are eligible for free access to the RBT certification course

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plans

• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials

• Implement intervention procedures and communicate progress to the BCBA

• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers in accordance with BACB standards

• Collect and record data during sessions

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA confidentiality requirements
