Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary

Physical Therapist Assistant – PRN – City Park Healthcare & Rehabilitation – Denver, CO.
Pay: $32.00–$40.00 hourly.

Assist in providing physical therapy services to clients in a skilled nursing setting, support the in‑house therapy team in expanding therapy programming (Abilities Care, ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care), create and implement additional therapy programs, collaborate with nursing and other therapeutic staff, and maintain infection control procedures.

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to work PRN scheduling, cover vacations, and respond to last‑minute coverage requests.
