Build a Physical Therapy Career Around Specialized Neuro Care, Clinical Autonomy, and Real-World Patient Outcomes
You became a Physical Therapist to help people move with greater confidence, maintain their independence, and participate more fully in the lives they want to lead.
At ReNeu Physical Therapy and Performance, you will bring specialized neurologic Physical Therapy directly to patients throughout the Denver and West Metro area.
Instead of treating patients inside a traditional clinic, you will work with them in their homes, where everyday challenges actually happen. You will see how they navigate stairs, bathrooms, uneven flooring, community spaces, and daily routines, giving you the insight to create more practical plans of care and help patients make meaningful progress.
You will provide one-on-one, 60-minute appointments, manage an average of approximately five patients per day, and have the flexibility to organize your schedule and caseload.
If you are passionate about neurologic rehabilitation, particularly Parkinson’s disease, and want the freedom to grow your expertise inside a small private practice, this is an opportunity to build a career around work that matters.
What You Will Receive
- Annual compensation of up to $90,000 based on caseload
- Full-time position
- Approximately five patients per day on average
- One-on-one patient care
- 60-minute appointments
- No on-call responsibilities
- Two weeks of paid time off
- Clinical mentorship and training
- Opportunity for advancement
- The autonomy to manage your own schedule and caseload
- Support for developing new programs and community initiatives
- A small-practice environment where your ideas and contributions are valued
Why Physical Therapists Choose Re Neu
Develop Meaningful Expertise in Neurologic Rehabilitation
At ReNeu, neurologic Physical Therapy is not a small portion of a general orthopedic caseload. It is central to the work we do.
You will treat individuals living with neurologic and balance-related conditions, with a strong emphasis on Parkinson’s disease, mobility limitations, balance deficits, and fall prevention.
You may also have opportunities to work with individuals experiencing multiple sclerosis, vestibular dysfunction, dizziness, concussion-related symptoms, and other complex movement challenges.
This is an opportunity to strengthen your clinical reasoning, deepen your understanding of progressive neurologic conditions, and become a more confident neuro rehabilitation clinician.
Treat Patients Where Daily Life Happens
A clinic can show you how someone performs in a controlled environment. Home-based care shows you how that person actually functions.
By treating patients in their homes, you can evaluate the real barriers affecting their safety and independence, including:
- Stairs and entryways
- Bathrooms and transfers
- Flooring and fall hazards
- Household mobility
- Daily routines
- Caregiver needs
- Community access
This allows you to build treatment plans around the patient’s actual environment, priorities, and functional goals.
Provide Focused, One-on-One Care
You will spend one full hour with each patient, allowing you to evaluate thoroughly, observe movement, provide individualized treatment, educate patients and caregivers, and make thoughtful clinical decisions.
With approximately five patients per day on average, you will have time to deliver skilled care without moving through a high-volume clinic schedule.
Have Autonomy Over Your Day
You will be trusted to manage your patients according to their plans of care, organize your schedule, communicate with referring providers, and make appropriate clinical decisions.
You will have the independence to practice as a professional while still receiving mentorship, collaboration, and support when you need it.
