ATherapist who excels in this role:

• Assessing patients' psychosocial needsto understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations.
• Developing treatment plansin collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Providing counseling and supportto patients and families facing mental health challenges.
• Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance.
• Advocating for patients' rightsand ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system.

Applicants should have a current state LMSW, LCSW, LPC license andpossessa Master's degree from an accredited school.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification isrequiredwithin
  30 daysof hire.
• ACLS and PALS arerequiredwithin six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
• Rate Range: $32.19-$43.46 Hourly
