• Collaborate with your clinical team to provide consistent, quality care.

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or a willingness to complete a paid RBT training program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping children with autism.

• Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

• Commitment to completing the required training and certification process.
