• You will make sure patient equipment is cleaned and made available to use for patient care.
• You will coordinate equipment repair or preventative maintenance with the Biomedical Services Department.
• You will organize the equipment and supply storage areas.
• You will order patient supplies and forms using the available ordering systems.
• You will inventory the department’s equipment, and fixed assets are important.
• You will clean patient equipment utilizing appropriate disinfecting/sterilization mechanisms and personal protective equipment guidelines established per hospital policies.
• You will Monitors and maintains the proper supply inventories for the department to include medical supplies, office supplies, formulas and patient forms, as needed.
• You will stocks the patient bedside storage.

Qualifications you will need for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in relevant equipment and disinfecting, and sterilization techniques preferred but not required.
