ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Hotel Manager, the Guest Services Manager oversees Front Desk activities, focusing on five-diamond guest service and team member relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Front Desk performance to meet business objectives
- Coaching Team Members for exceptional guest service
- Scheduling, training, and managing disciplinary matters
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Resolving guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborating with other departments such as PBX, Reservations, and Housekeeping
- Minimum of 2 years in Hotel Front Desk management at a high-occupancy resort
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency (LMS knowledge preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for report and inventory management
