• Guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Process forms of payment.
• Respond to guest inquiries.
• Engage in casual conversation to create outstanding guest experiences.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Full‑time opening requiring open availability.

Budgeted rate: $19.75 per hour.
