This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Director of Catering at our property in Denver, CO. The Director of Catering will oversee all aspects of catering operations, including planning and executing events, managing budgets, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The role requires close collaboration with clients, sales teams, and culinary staff to deliver customized experiences. The Director of Catering will also lead the catering team, maintain high service standards, and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the catering staff
• Experience in event planning, budgeting, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of catering operations, menu planning, and food and beverage management
• Proficiency in business tools, organization, and communication for planning and execution
• Problem‑solving, multitasking, and attention to detail to deliver seamless events
• Ability to foster positive client relations and adapt to their needs
• Previous hospitality or catering management experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Salary: $85,000‑$95,000 plus incentives and incredible benefits
