Membership Dining Supervisor

What is the job?

The Denver Athletic Club is seeking a Membership Dining Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our member-facing food and beverage outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service, smooth operations, and a positive experience for members across multiple venues, including the Pub, Bowling Alley, Café, and seasonal Sundeck. The Membership Dining Supervisor will lead and support front-of-house staff, manage scheduling, and assist with banquet operations as needed.

1325 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver. The Denver Athletic Club is across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall and a 3 minute walk from Civic Center Park.

This role requires open availability. The supervisor will work 40 hours per week, at least, and will be asked to work regularly, Tuesday – Saturday (late nights are rare but sometimes needed). This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of food and beverage experience, with prior experience in a private club preferred. The right candidate should have supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.
