Position
Part‑time Lobby Attendant to work 8‑5 PM Saturday and Sunday at Rhonda's Place in Denver, CO.

Assist residents and guests by greeting them at the building entrance and performing related duties.

• Answer the phone
• Buzz guests in and ensure they sign the guest sign‑in book; maintain the guest log book.
• Open the door for people entering or leaving; keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc.).
• Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed.
• Dispose of trash from common areas.
• Assist residents when needed.
• Report areas unprofessional in appearance beyond control to the Property Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Must work well with the public and with others as a team.
• Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have initiative to work independently.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Rate
: $20 hourly

Background check and drug screening required.
