Pay Range
: $19.50/yr - $19.50/yr (actual pay will be based on skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more).

The ultimate ‘non-hotel.’ 154‑rooms blurring the lines between hotel and gracious home with considered comfort, attention to detail and an impressive art collection. This individual has a natural ability to brighten a room and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their primary goal is to welcome guests and invite them to create their own experiences through discovery of the facility and local scene.

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, review their rate and amenities available on property with all guests during the check‑in process
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check‑in and check‑out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner

• Approachable and personable personality
• Patient and understanding with guests’ needs and requests
• Eye for detail
• Sense of urgency to fulfill requests and resolve issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods at a time
