Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Attendant to oversee guest services and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, handling inquiries, and supervising front desk operations. The role also involves financial transactions, inventory management, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates are committed to excellence, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Handle reservations and inquiries
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide local information and recommendations
- Address guest complaints promptly
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of public areas
- Train and supervise front desk staff
- Provide friendly and attentive service to our guests
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Ability to use computers, email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and property management systems.
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Stand and move around for most of your shift
- Reliability and punctuality
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work overtime from time to time during high occupancy season
