Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced, energetic Recruiter to join our growing team in a hybrid role based in Denver or Los Angeles. You’ll work directly with candidates and clients to match top-tier talent with opportunities in the light industrial, manufacturing, and skilled trades sectors.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and knows how to build strong relationships—on the phone, online, and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines across light industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and skilled trade verticals
- Post job openings, manage job boards, and track applicant flow
- Use Tracker RMS (our ATS/CRM) to document candidate activity and progress
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and deliver talent solutions quickly and effectively
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and compliance
- Help drive retention by maintaining strong candidate relationships post-placement
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and local networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in staffing or recruiting (agency experience preferred)
- Industry knowledge of light industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Tracker RMS is a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Local to Denver or Los Angeles and able to work hybrid (some office/client site visits as needed)
