Insight Global is one of the world’s largest staffing firms. We recruit elite entry‑level sales candidates and promote from within. Each employee begins as a Recruiter before moving into Account Management or Professional Recruiting.

• As a Recruiter: build a foundation for a successful sales career, learn staff services, sell them to clients, review resumes, conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates for hiring managers, negotiate job offers, and match candidates with jobs.
• Transition to Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT) within 6 months, working to earn promotion.
• As an Account Manager: network and cold‑call hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, become a business consultant, build long‑term client relationships, run in‑person meetings, gather job requirements, and collaborate with Recruiting to find candidates.
• As a Professional Recruiter: identify top talent, match candidates with job opportunities, support candidates throughout their careers, and contribute to high placement rates.

Base Salary
: $40,000 – $61,885 per year (range varies by location and experience).

Annual Bonus and Commission, $5,000 Long Term Incentive Award on the 1st anniversary, commensurate increase upon promotion. Uncapped commission and weekly payouts for Account Managers.
