People Ops Partner looking for autonomy within a rapidly growing organization, we want to hear from you!

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with standard business hours

Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday on‑site)

Pay: $40-55 per hour

Job Duties:

  • HR Operations and Employee experience
  • Partner with business leaders & managers to drive a seamless and engaging employee experience.
  • Provide exceptional HR services, ensuring that employees & managers receive proactive, responsive, and high‑touch support.
  • Help streamline HR processes, identifying areas for operational improvement and automation.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance
  • Help support Performance and Employee Relations (ER) cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure all comply with federal, state, and local employment laws across all company locations.
  • Work closely with a third party LOA administration, ensuring compliance and take a lead on comms with employees and managers, track LOA records in HRIS.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues, HR policies and procedures.
  • Data, HR Metrics, and System Implementation
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Provide data‑driven insights. Enhance HR reporting capabilities to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Support HR system and tool implementation, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Payroll, Benefits Vendor Engagement, and Administration
  • Ensure seamless and accurate payroll processing (UKG).
  • Oversee benefits vendor relationships, ensuring high‑quality service and optimal program delivery.
  • Ensure accurate benefits administration, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, and life event changes.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, including ACA and state‑specific requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Experience with UKG required
  • Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee relations
