Technical Recruiter

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Denver team (1x per week in the office!)

• Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide
• Own the full recruiting process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
• Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent
• Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer

• 1–3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing (not a must-have)
• Strong communication and people skills - you build trust fast
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset - you like to win and help others win
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping details tight
• Confidence picking up the phone and driving results through outreach
