Role SummaryRowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Recruiter with a proven track record in data center talent acquisition for a contract role. The successful candidate will manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and operational roles within the data center industry, working closely with hiring managers to source, attract, and close top talent in a fast‑paced environment.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Compensation: $50‑$60 per hour (1099 Contract)
Essential Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies for positions in all phases of the data center development life cycle.
- Source and engage potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, Linked In, networking, industry events, and passive recruiting techniques.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and technical skills relevant to data center operations.
- Manage and coordinate all interview stages, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of professionals with expertise in critical infrastructure, electrical, mechanical engineering, and construction.
- Negotiate job offers and work closely with the People team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, certifications, and new technologies within the data center sector.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (Ashby).
- Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions.
- Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in data center recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to source and network within the data center industry, specifically in operations, engineering, infrastructure, and construction.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines.
