Overview
We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team at Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen. In this role, you will support the maintenance of our HRIS systems, ensuring they function to support business needs. You will provide project support and extensive reporting, and act as a functional business analyst.
Candidate must be able to commute to the office.
Responsibilities- At least one year of experience in HRIS using UKG Pro is preferred.
- HRIS experience with large scale applications such as Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, or People Soft can act as a substitute for preferred applications. We are interested in experience using the front end of the system for configuration and using the software’s reporting functions.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Testing experience preferred.
- Report creation experience is required.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines.
- Ability to manage small projects simultaneously with production support, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.
