Technical Recruiter – Technology

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – Cherry Creek)

Hydrogen Group is growing our Technology recruitment team in Denver and looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us onsite at our Cherry Creek office. If you enjoy recruiting for technical roles, building strong candidate relationships, and working in a collaborative office environment, this could be a great fit.

You’ll focus on contract and direct hire technology roles, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality talent across a range of technical skill sets.

• Full-cycle recruiting for technology roles (contract and direct hire)
• Sourcing and engaging technical talent across multiple platforms
• Partnering with clients to understand technical requirements and team needs
• Managing candidate pipelines, interviews, and offers
• Delivering a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
• Staying current on technology trends and local talent markets

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for contract and/or permanent technology roles
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
• Agency or staffing background preferred
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Onsite, collaborative Cherry Creek office
