Job Description
As a Staff Engagement Business Partner, you will join our global team to deliver essential support to our operations, employees, and stakeholders.
The US Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for the lifecycle of our people from pre-hire to exiting the business and beyond.
You will work cross-functionally in all steps of the employee lifecycle and in HR processes, primarily on onboarding and engagement initiatives to support our employees. You will facilitate the delivery of a first-class service to all our stakeholders and drive a positive workplace culture.
Your positive attitude and people-oriented approach will enable you to connect with employees and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis while upholding the Company’s processes and policies and enhancing employee engagement.
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs
- Experience working through the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Proficient in data analytics to assess employee engagement and identify areas for improvement. Proven experience of working in a fast-paced HR department is preferred.
- Experience in managing and supporting change management initiatives within an organization; experience utilizing employee feedback and engagement surveys to develop strategies and initiatives.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working to tight deadlines.
- Experience in leading workshops and training sessions to promote engagement strategies.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate professionally, sensitively and discreetly both verbally and in writing.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement strategies that align with the organization's goals. Collaborating with stakeholders to organize and execute Company events.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee engagement data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, ensuring engagement initiatives align with Company values, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Partnering with senior leadership and department heads to understand their needs and ensure alignment of engagement strategies with business objectives.
- Supporting onboarding, processing new starter documentation, and completing background checks as required.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to educate employees and managers on engagement best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assisting in managing the budget for employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintaining high delivery of service to employees.
- Coordinating with the global offices to ensure consistency.
- Working with the wider team to ensure legal and Company practices are completed.
