Recruiter (Bilingual – Spanish)

We are partnering with an incredibly reputable client in search of a Bilingual Recruiter. This is a new role at the request of leadership due to rapid growth (150 → nearly 400 employees in 5 years). The goal: take recruiting off the plates of superintendents, improve hiring quality, and reduce turnover, especially across a high-volume field group.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Full‑cycle recruiting for hourly field roles + a handful of professional hires
  • High‑volume hiring during peak season (up to ~30 hires/month)
  • Partnering closely with field leadership to support workforce needs
  • Helping bring consistency and structure to recruiting without over complicating things
Must‑Haves
  • Experience with high‑volume recruiting
  • Comfortable working directly with operations and executive leaders

Construction or GC experience is helpful but not required.
