Are you a person who enjoys solving data puzzles, understanding how systems talk to each other, and making sure employees get the employment benefits that they signed up for? If so, this role was built for you!
We’re a growing healthcare organization based in Denver and we’re looking for a Benefits HRIS Analyst who sits at the intersection of HR systems, benefits data, and integrations. This is not a traditional benefits administration role. Our strategic benefits leadership is in place. You will focus on ensuring the data flows accurately between systems and vendors, so everything works as intended for our employees.
Responsibilities Include:- Own and monitor benefits-related data feeds and vendor files, especially during open enrollment and post-payroll processing
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve file feed issues, errors, and discrepancies across systems
- Analyze data flows between Bullhorn ATS, ADP Workforce Now, and Workday, and determine where and why data breaks
- Partner closely with HR leaders, business lines, payroll, benefits vendors, and internal tech teams to correct issues and prevent future ones
- Test integrations and changes to ensure accurate employee eligibility, deductions, and vendor transmissions
- Help resolve employee-facing issues (e.g., missing benefit enrollment links) by tracing root causes in the data
- Continuously audit data integrity and recommend process improvements
- Experience working with employee benefits programs e.g., health, dental, 401K etc.
- Strong HRIS analyst mindset with a passion for data accuracy and system functionality
- Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required);
Workday experience is a strong plus - Comfort troubleshooting complex integrations and asking:
Is the data missing? Broken? Changed upstream? - Analytical, detail‑oriented, and confident partnering with technical teams
- Experience in healthcare or high‑growth environments is a bonus, but not required
- True systems and data ownership without being stuck administering benefits
- High‑impact work during a major systems consolidation and growth phase
- Collaborative team environment with clear ownership between strategy and execution
- Opportunity to grow deeper into HRIS, integrations, and enterprise systems
- Denver‑based company with a mission‑driven focus in healthcare!
