Senior People Operations Specialist

Senior People Operations Specialist supporting employee lifecycle activities in the U.S. and Canada within a biopharma company focused on oncology and RAS-inhibitor development.

• manage day-to-day HR transactions in Workday, support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, data integrity, audit and reporting functions, and assist with benefits administration; contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in HR operations, experience with Workday, strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

• experience in high-growth or multi-geo organizations, supporting Canadian HR processes, familiarity with HR tech like ADP or Service Now, and leveraging automation or AI tools.

• experience in employee lifecycle management in biotech or pharma, especially within fast-paced, scaling environments; knowledge of US/Canadian HR practices; support for HRIS, benefits, and operational projects; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• primarily remote, supporting North America; no travel specified.
