About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established construction organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support entry-level recruiting and candidate engagement.

Job Description:

This role will support recruiting from sourcing through interview coordination and onboarding, while partnering with recruiters and HR teams to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate phone and virtual interviews.
• Source candidates and build pipelines using Linked In Recruiter.
• Conduct proactive outreach through calls and messaging.
• Assist with candidate screens and interviews.
• Create interview guides and recruiting materials.
• Partner with hiring teams on recruiting updates and needs.
• Support the applicant tracking system and assist internal users and candidates.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate activity.
• Process candidate dispositions in line with OFCCP requirements.
• Manage recruiting referrals and route them to the appropriate recruiter.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and new-hire activities.
• Help provide a smooth candidate and onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based candidate outreach.
• Linked In Recruiter experience preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities.
• Standard business hours, M-F
• Hybrid flexibility, 2 days remote
