As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist for PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in advancing enterprise-wide talent acquisition efforts while serving as a hands-on leader within the team. • Lead and coordinate full-cycle talent acquisition for complex, high-impact roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders to shape hiring approaches and provide market-informed guidance.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload support to junior-level Talent Acquisition team members, helping prioritize requisitions, build capability, and reinforce consistent recruiting practices.
• Collaborate with HRPD and business stakeholders to support the development and execution of hiring strategies aligned with workforce plans, project demands, and evolving business needs.
• Contribute to enterprise and sector-level talent acquisition initiatives, pilots, and continuous improvement efforts, supporting the advancement of shared services and standardized practices.
• Promote and model best practices related to candidate experience, equitable hiring, compliance, and data quality across the recruitment lifecycle.
• Use labor market insights, recruiting metrics, and trends to inform sourcing approaches and provide thoughtful recommendations to hiring leaders and HRPD partners.
• Represent and promote the organization’s employer brand and employee value proposition in the talent market, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
