Job Overview

Director of Business Intelligence at Denver Summit FC, a Colorado professional women’s soccer club preparing for 2026 season. Lead data strategy and insights across revenue, ticketing, marketing, stadium operations, and finance.

• Own the Business Intelligence function and revenue metrics.
• Develop data strategy and align infrastructure with business goals.
• Lead data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Architect Snowflake data warehouse and ensure scalability, security.
• Create Thought Spot visualizations for non-technical users.
• Hands‑on SQL and data manipulation for analysis.
• Translate data into insights to inform decisions and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, finance, and stadium teams.

• BS/BA degree.
• 3-5 years BI/analytics leadership experience.
• 5-10 years related overall experience.
• Proven senior BI/data leadership role.
• Deep expertise Snowflake and data warehousing.
• Expert‑level SQL.

• BS/BA in Data Analytics, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in sports, media, or entertainment industry.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages.
• Proficiency with Thought Spot.

Base salary range $110,000-$135,000. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
