Job Requirements- At least 7 years of experience in Mantas technical solutions/capability development, working closely with business partners and technology teams.
- At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
- At least 6 years of experience in Development/Configuration/Solutions Evaluation/Validation and deployment.
- At least 6 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, with requirements for telephone, email, or face-to-face communication. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
